In anticipation of Artie’s return (hopefully) to the Stern show tomorrow, here is an open letter to him.

Art –

The majority of the people that have come here in the past week and there has been tens of thousands. We all just hope you take care of yourself no matter what the issue is. You are a great talent, funny and a good guy at heart. Don’t throw it away. Asking people for help doesn’t make you any less of a person or a man. Letting people help is a huge step.

Will Artie leave the show?

Do you think Artie is listening to the show while he is sick? With all the discussion today about whether he is sick or on heroin, do you think it would bother Artie that the lack of faith in him is not there from  his friends?

Down with the Sickness

There are doubts on Artie’s sickness… is he sick? is he back on the H, is he stuck in his refrigerator and too ashamed to tell anyone.

Howard played Artie’s sick call on the air, and Mr. Lange used the word “relapse”. Hmmm..

There is something to be said of being unhealthy and overweight, it does make you more susceptible to getting sick.

Seizure on the shitter

The gang was talking about how they are going to die, Artie said he will probably have a seizure. Artie said how he was sitting on the bowl, reading the paper and had a convulsion… That would be pretty sad if he died like the King! … bare-assed, pills on the sink, stinker in to bowl – dead. Actually it would be pretty funny…. except for the whole death part.

Bonghit Eric weighs in

Bonghit Eric called in today and suggested that Artie should go and watch the Howard TV archive episodes where Artie was tanned and thinner and maybe that would give Artie some inspiration.
